A Business Perspective on Women Shaping the Arab World
The Arab business landscape is changing, and the role of women within it is changing with it.
Across the region, women are building companies, leading organizations, managing investment portfolios, developing technology, shaping brands, advancing healthcare, entering new industries, and taking positions at the highest levels of decision-making. The growth of women entrepreneurs and women leaders has become an important part of the region’s wider economic and business story.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is simple in principle, but ambitious in execution:
To identify, understand, and present the women whose work is influencing business across the Arab world.
We do this through interviews, leadership profiles, business features, industry perspectives, special editions, executive conversations, and thought-leadership content.
We look for substance.
A woman entrepreneur who has grown a company through difficult market conditions has something valuable to share.
A female executive who has led a major organizational transformation has practical knowledge that other leaders can learn from.
A technology professional working in artificial intelligence or cybersecurity brings a perspective that belongs in the wider conversation about the future of business.
OUR VISION
To become a trusted voice for Women in Business and Women in Leadership across the Arab world.
Our vision is to establish The Arabian Women as a respected business media destination for executives, entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, investors, and decision-makers.
We want the publication to be known for the quality of its conversations and the relevance of its coverage.
The Arab business environment is diverse. Leadership in Saudi Arabia does not necessarily look the same as leadership in the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, or other markets across the region.
Yet there are common themes.
Ambition. Enterprise. Innovation. Adaptability. Professional credibility. The ability to build relationships. The responsibility that comes with making decisions that affect employees, customers, investors, and communities.
Our vision for Women in Leadership is therefore not limited to celebrating prominent names.
